Global Orientation

The Global Orientation programme provides a comprehensive introduction to CPA Global, our businesses and our Values. Every new member of staff is asked to attend the programme within the first three months of joining, with all employees, no matter what their location, receiving the same presentation to ensure consistency of information and message. During the day long induction, you will be given a broad overview of the company.

Cross-Cultural Development

As a company operating in countries around the world, CPA Global is a truly multi-cultural organisation where respect for other cultures and the ability to work together are paramount. To assist in developing effective cross-cultural understanding and working relationships – both with our colleagues and clients - we provide specialised learning covering areas such as:

Personal Development Plans

CPA Global is working to embed a high performance culture throughout the organisation. As part of that, it’s important that our employees should always be striving to improve themselves – and that we create an environment that encourages such self-improvement. To this end, all employees are asked to create a Personal Development Plan with their Manager and set up regular review sessions. These plans involve you and your manager working together to agree development objectives and a course of action to help you meet those objectives.
