About our Graduate Programme Our Graduate Management Scheme offers a small number of highly motivated graduates the chance to participate in a 24 month rotational programme. During 4 six month placements, management trainees will be given responsibility for real deliverables, both operational and project based. Trainees will develop a deep understanding of our business operations as well as the skills and competencies to deliver change and influence our business. Performance will be measured and rotations will be bespoke to enable learning and growth in particular key areas. Along with challenging rotations, Graduate Management Trainees can expect support in meeting their business and learning objectives – in the shape of formal learning opportunities - as well as a programme manager and mentor. Whilst potentially coming from any degree background, the target graduate demonstrates, numeracy business savvy and commercial aptitude. He or she; Assessment will involve online tests and a selection centre. Please note that rotations may be in either Jersey or London and graduate management trainees will need to be flexible on location in their first two years, in order to maximize their opportunities.
