Business Manager

Location: Alexandria, VA, United States

Summary: We are currently looking to hire a Business Account Manager in our Alexandria, VA office. This is a sales position with a focus on creating relationships with potential clients by providing them with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from ad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, aged leads, business directories, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
  • Identifies prospective customers via outbound phone calling.
  • Manages the sales cycle for small prospects for all CPANA products and services.
  • Participates in on-going sales and marketing programs, trade-shows, direct mail campaigns, etc…Makes outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell products and services.
  • Handles inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales.
  • Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers.
  • Builds and maintains customer relationships.
  • Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.
  • Meeting or exceeding individual quotas and group goals as set by the VP, Sales.
  • Prepares thorough, professional responses to client requests for information.
  • Builds CPANA reputation and brand awareness through consistent promotion of company philosophy.
  • Assists in sales pipeline forecasts and revenue projections via written status reports.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related discipline.

· 1-3 years of related experience in inside sales desired. A raw talent with potential to move up within the sales hierarchy.
