CPA Global's Values

CPA Global’s Values are the result of a major consultation exercise across the company. Nearly 300 of our employees around the world took part in a series of workshops to provide their input into how the Values and the behaviours that underpin them should look.

CPA Global Values are: Taking Ownership, Succeeding Together and Achieving Excellence.

Taking Ownership
Taking ownership means being accountable, taking responsibility and delivering results. It is also about demonstrating integrity in everything we do, and encouraging and supporting colleagues who themselves take on responsibility.

Succeeding Together
Succeeding together is a Value that is focused not just on who we work with, but also how we work with them. It involves working effectively within and across teams, locally and globally; and being trustworthy and straightforward in all our working relationships.

Achieving Excellence
Achieving excellence is all about personal drive and commitment. It means looking for ways to continuously improve; providing quality service to our clients (whether they are external clients or colleagues within CPA Global); and, most of all, taking pride in our work and setting high standards for ourselves.

In developing the Values, we recognise the importance of our people and how they are crucial to our company's success.

And, by living the Values, we will be ensuring that we deliver long-term, profitable client relationships.
