Extranet Announcement

As part of our commitment to serve you better, we are introducing a new and improved client Extranet, which has greater functionality and a host of additional benefits, including:

• More up-to-date information
• More secure environment
• Faster performance
• Easier access

The transition to the new Extranet will involve a few changes to how you view and access the site, and we would like to take this opportunity to make you aware of these.

To access the new Extranet, you will require a new login, which you can request simply by emailing online@cpaglobal.com
Please ensure that online@cpaglobal.com is added to your white lists and therefore the Law Update email will not be blocked as spam.

The 'submit a case' feature will be temporarily unavailable. This will be replaced later in the year by a more secure version. In the meantime, we would ask that you send data manually

We apologise for any inconvenience this transition may cause, but we hope you will agree when you see the new Extranet that it is a significant improvement, which is easier and more beneficial for you to use.
