As these changes take place, this activity should be properly reflected at the relevant PTO offices in a timely manner to ensure clean and correct chain of title.

Verifying chain of title, processing formal documents, obtaining signatures, fulfilling legalizations, getting cost certainty and managing the correspondence with local counsel are just some of the activities that strain resources and creates bottlenecks in ultimately completing this work.
