New face at CPA to enhance LPO solutions
Leading LPO provider, CPA, has hired Sandy Levy to oversee the implementation of the firm’s contract management packages. Her expertise in the field will allow CPA to strengthen its already impressive portfolio of legal outsourcing services. With almost two decades of relevant experience in the public and private sectors under her belt, Ms Levy will work with clients to increase and improve the efficiency and accessibility of their contract data handling. She will carry this out by undertaking risk analysis studies, in order to provide clients with directions on how to streamline their contract management processes.
Kevin Reilley, senior vice president and general manager of CPA Legal Services, said: ‘We are delighted to welcome Sandy to the CPA team. Contract management is one of CPA's fastest growing sectors and Sandy's depth of knowledge and experience in this area will help us continue to provide our clients with top-line solutions for their contract management needs.
‘Her experience developing contract management systems will help CPA achieve its goal of delivering the industry's most comprehensive suite of legal process outsourcing solutions.’
He added: ‘The reality is that most firms store their contracts in different locations and suffer from a lack of infrastructure, resources, and time to adequately analyse their current processes and implement new systems. With CPA's contract management solution, we can conduct the proper analysis and provide recommendations and procedures to establish a centralised contract repository. This allows our clients to gain control over the contract process from terms, to internal processes, to ongoing maintenance.’
