Motion Marks

A few registered trademarks consist of not one, but a series of images, such as a clip of film or a computer animation. The Netscape ‘asteroid shower’ is one example, as is the sequence at the beginning of Tristar movies where a winged horse charges towards the audience and then soars into flight.
