Cathy Broder Raymond IP Manager, Gowling Lafleur Henderson Cathy has been working in the Intellectual Property field for over 15 years. She has held the position of Manager, Intellectual Property at Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP since 1997. Gowlings is a full service law firm with 7 offices across Canada as well as an office in Moscow. Cathy is responsible for ensuring that consistent practices are used in the IP Departments across all of the offices particulary as they relate to the firm’s IP database management system. |
| Kathy Broecker Manager of IP Operations, Sun Microsystems Kathy has been in the IP law field for almost 25 years, and has been with Sun Microsystems since August 1997, and Manager of Operations of Sun's IP law group for 6 years. Kathy is a graduate of Bryant & Stratton Business Institute in Buffalo, NY, and a graduate of the Paralegal Program at Santa Clara University. |

| Robert Houle National General Manager, IP Services, Oglivy RenaultRobert joined Ogilvy Renault in 1992. He is responsible for the overall administration of the Patent and Trademark Agency practice across all offices. In addition, he plays an active role in the firm’s Project Management Office. Mr. Houle is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) and is currently acting as Chair of the Intellectual Property Affinity Group. |

| Konnie Love IP Prosecution Manager, Dorsey & Whitney Konnie joined Dorsey & Whitney in March 2003, as the Firm-wide IP Prosecution Manager, responsible for working with regional office administrators and Technology Group Practice Leaders to implement and manage the support functions associated with the Firm's IP prosecution practice. Konnie started in IP over 21 years ago after leaving the military to pursue a legal career. Konnie spent 16 years in the D.C. area at several large IP law firms before joining Dorsey. |

| Elisabeth Nilsson Manager, Global Patent Database Activities, Thomson Licensing LLC Elisabeth has been working in Intellectual Property with patent management system and CPA Memotech for the past 12 years. As Patent Database manager, she migrated from the V16 client version to the V32 client version and at the same time merged with a US dedicated database. This year her team became global and she was relocated to Princeton, NJ to strengthen presence and support to the Patent Operations group. Elisabeth began her professional career as a translator. |

Jana Ottmar Manager of Legal Operations, Schwegman, Lundberg & Woessner, P.A. Jana is the Manager of Legal Operations for SLW, an IP law firm based in Minneapolis. She has worked closely with FoundationIP and Intellevate Services for several years, playing a key role in the development and implementation of the FoundationIP software in its early stages as well as providing ongoing training and support for SLW employees and clients today. Jana began her career in IP with SLW in 1998 after earning her paralegal certificate from the Minnesota Paralegal Institute. She also holds a B.A. in psychology from the University of Oregon. |

Teresa Ray Ms. Ray is currently the National Docketing Manager at Fulbright & Jaworski where she serves as operations liaison to the Best Practices Committee and was instrumental in forming the firm's current set of best practices in prosecution docketing. She travels nationwide speaking and training on risk management and compliance with best practices. Currently Ms. Ray is involved in efforts to redesign business processes for purposes of disaster and security planning. She sits on a number of committees in connection with intellectual property business processes. |

Andrea Ryan Director, US Patent Operations, sanofi-aventis Andrea has been with sanofi-aventis and its legacy companies since 1988. She manages the US staff of Patent Specialists who utilize CPA Memotech v32. Andrea holds an undergraduate degree from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Maryland, a Paralegal Certificate from Adelphi University (NY) and has studied Chemistry and Pharmacology at West Chester University and Gwynedd Mercy College. |

Sherry St. Andrew Sr. Paralegal Specialist, Patent Operations, Amgen Inc. Sherry has enjoyed a successful career in the legal field, spanning over 25 years (including training in Law Enforcement). Sherry settled into the area of Intellectual Property Law in January of 1991. Prior to joining the legal team at Amgen in early 1996, Sherry worked for several law firms throughout the state of California. Single; enjoys music, travel, and spending time with her two terrific "kids", Joshua (26) and Ashley (17). |

Andrea Stopczynski System Administrator, General Motors Andrea has been with General Motors for almost 30 years, as the Global IP system adminstrator, responsible for implementing, supporting and managing internal administration, business unit contacts and several outside counsel firms. Recently General Motors went global adding General Motors Europe as a new site on their system where Andrea played a big part in the migration and implementation of the Go-Live. |
