The series, which is free and open to any interested participants, kicks off Friday, Feb. 8, at 2 p.m. EST.
Hosted by CPA Vice President of Legal Services, Susan Hanstad, Developing & Executing a Well Conceived Legal Outsourcing Strategy is a primer to the outsourcing world, and will cover topics such as integrating outsourcing into a business strategy, as well as key questions and expectations for prospective outsourcing vendors.
CPA's Learning Series is part of an ongoing education initiative designed to provide best practices and insights to law firms and corporations around more effectively and efficiently managing risk, cost and capacity.
