Computer Patent Annuities Limited (CPA), the world’s leading IP support services provider, has been named a frontrunner in offshore legal process outsourcing (LPO) by industry research company - ValueNotes. The recent study entitled Offshoring Legal Services to India: An Update, tracks the growth and change in LPO since 2005, when ValueNotes conducted its initial research of the off-shore market.
