CPA Conference Hotel
For your convenience, accommodation at the the Fairmont Monte Carlo is included in each conference package. Conference packages and accommodation cannot be booked separately.
Hotel reservations
CPA has obtained preferential room rates within the conference package and will handle all hotel booking for the conference attendees and their guests. Regular room rates are negotiated at €249 and Premium rooms rates are negotiated at €329. CPA cannot guarantee discounted rates for nights prior to June 15 and after June 17 and rooms are subject to availability. If you would like to book additional nights please contact Lisa Kertsos at

Transportation
Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is about a 40 minute drive from Monte Carlo. For your convenience, complimentary shuttle service from the airport to the Fairmont hotel will be provided on Sunday June 15. Complimentary shuttle service from the Fairmont hotel to the airport will also be provided on Wednesday June 18. If you wish to benefit from the shuttle service, please provide your flight details to Lisa Kertsos at

On arrival at the Hotel, you will be required to hand them a completed personal details form as below. You may instead forward it to

The hotel offers 24-hour valet and secure self-parking (fees apply).

Cancellation policy
After May 20, 2008, there will be no refunds available for cancellations.
Payment policy
All payments must be received by June 2, 2008, to be guaranteed admittance into the 2008 CPA Conference. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
