Shared and Dedicated Services

We offer two delivery options - Dedicated Team or Shared Service.

Intellevate’s Dedicated Personnel Option provides the most cost-effective delivery of services for high volume clients. These dedicated resources provide an exceptionally fast turnaround time and possess intimate knowledge of your processes. Dedicated client teams sit separate physically from other teams to enhance confidentiality.

We pay the employees’ salary and other benefits, office expenses, equipment costs, telephone charges, license fees, and all other related costs. You only pay the agreed fee.

For lower or variable volume clients we have a Shared Services Model, where work is allocated to a shared pool of qualified staff.  This gives clients the flexibililty of pricing on a project or per transaction basis.
