Shared and Dedicated Services

At IP Support Service, our IP specialists become an extension of your team. We have designed proprietary workflow tools that seamlessly integrate employees into your workflow regardless of their physical location. Depending on the type and volume of work, we can tailor a flexible solution to fit your business.

We offer two delivery options - Dedicated Team or Shared Service.

CPA Global's IP Support Services Dedicated Personnel Option provides the most cost-effective delivery of services for high volume clients. These dedicated resources provide an exceptionally fast turnaround time and possess intimate knowledge of your processes. Dedicated client teams sit separate physically from other teams to enhance confidentiality.

We pay the employees’ salary and other benefits, office expenses, equipment costs, telephone charges, license fees, and all other related costs. You only pay the agreed fee.

For lower or variable volume clients we have a Shared Services Model, where work is allocated to a shared pool of qualified staff.  This gives clients the flexibililty of pricing on a project or per transaction basis.
