Randy W. Lacasse (CEO) is a Registered Patent Agent/Electrical Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the Intellectual Property field.  Randy is a former U.S. Patent Examiner (computer hardware/software and image processing groups) and Patent Advisor for the Intellectual Property Department of IBM.  Randy has prosecuted approximately one thousand U.S. patent applications involving technologies such as computer architecture, software, image processing, communications, semiconductors, mechanical engineering, automotive and general chemical applications.
 
Jim Cigler (COO) is an Electrical Engineer with more than 35 years of experience with analysis and certification of electrical/electronic products. Jim holds a Master's degree in Technical Management from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Old Dominion University. Jim has held management positions with the Department of the Navy as Director of the Navy Primary Standards Laboratory in Washington, DC and Head of the Automatic Test Equipment Branch in the Naval Sea Systems Command’s Test and Monitoring Systems Office. He was also Chief of the Commerce Department’s National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program at the National Institute of Standards and Technology in Gaithersburg, MD.
