Summary: The Pre-Sales Consultant acts as a subject matter expert to the Legal Services sales team, clients and/or potential clients of CPA’s outsourced legal services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Provides legal operations related consultation to sales, prospects and clients. Consultation is expected to be based on industry expertise and experience.

Performs due diligence exercises at client/prospect sites to analyze legal operations involved in the litigation cycle.

Acts as technical expert for clients and prospective clients in terms of legal procedures

Consults on potential projects from begin to end phase including:

• Assessment of project resource needs
• Implementation and execution of project plans

Responds to RFP’s as needed.

Influences product and service offerings.

Influences sales and marketing strategy.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelors Degree and five+ years experience in a legal environment providing or specializing in litigation support; experience in sales or consulting; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
