What is the schedule?

The conference dates are Sunday, November 4, 2018 - Wednesday, November 7, 2018. Sunday’s agenda will contain breakout sessions for new users, FoundationIP, Inprotech, Innography, Memotech, and First to File users.  The agenda for Monday - Wednesday will contain breakout sessions presented by customer speakers, CPA Global product gurus, and industry thought leaders.   

When should I arrive and depart?

If you are attending the Sunday workshops (1:00 pm start time) you should arrive Sunday morning.  Either way, please plan to arrive in time to join us for the Welcome Reception and Dinner on Sunday evening.  The conference will run until Wednesday mid-afternoon.  You can depart Wednesday evening or we have reserved a limited amount of hotel rooms for Wednesday night which are on a first come basis.

Will CLE credit be provided for this year’s conference?

Yes! CLE credits will be provided for select sessions.  Once our detailed agenda is live, we will note which sessions count for CLE credit.  Please be sure to include your bar information when you register to ensure you get credited for CLE.

Will one-on-one training or technical help be available onsite?

The Customer Software Lab is your home base for expert help with training, product support, and questions.  We will ensure to let you know how to schedule your 1:1 time with our team of experts before the conference. You’re also welcome to drop by the Customer Software Lab at any time throughout the conference; it is open all day during the event.

Are there any special event activities scheduled?

Yes! All attendees are invited to 3 activities:

  • Sunday Welcome Reception and Dinner: Join CPA Global CEO Simon Webster as he opens the conference, shares our vision for the future, and we enjoy dinner and drinks to kick off the event.
  • Monday Welcome Reception: The  Welcome Reception will take place on the 4th floor of the Hilton Austin hotel.
  • A Texas Night at the Museum: We have a special night planned for all attendees including dinner and entertainment on the evening of Tuesday, November 6th from 7:00pm to 12:00am. The attire is Texas chic.

What is the dress code for the conference? 

The recommended dress code for INGITE! 2018 is business casual.

Will any of the sessions be recorded and made available?

Select sessions will be recorded and made available to all attendees after the event.

How do I book my accommodation?

All attendees will be responsible for booking their own accommodation.  After registering, you will receive an email confirmation containing a link to the conference room block and the discounted rate.  All rooms are on a first come, first serve basis and are available Sunday, 11/4 - Wednesday, 11/7, 2018 at the rate of $269/night plus applicable taxes.

What airport do I fly into?

You will want to fly into the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS).  The Austin Hilton Hotel is less than 20 minutes away from the airport.

Travel: Cab services are available at the airport and hotel.  Austin also provides the following ride-sharing services: Fasten, Uber, Wingz, Fare.

Parking: The Austin Hilton Hotel offers self-parking for $32/day or valet parking for $41/day.
